It was owned by a local pharmacist who invented the incubator when Petaluma was the chicken capitol of the world producing over a half a billion (500,000,000) chicken eggs per year. This historic cottage has a living room kitchen combination that is fully stalked. A giant 75" 4K TV in the living room and in all the bedrooms. Upstairs has the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has 1 Serta queen size bed with 300 count Egyptian cotton bedding with a hyper allergenic down comforter. The guest bedroom has 3 twin size beds. All rooms have state of the art climate control and has mood lighting. The cottage is equipped with 1 GB internet connection and a stocked minibar. The front yard is roomy with a Bocci ball court and a private patio equipped with a table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining.
The bathroom has a double sink and a clawfoot tub with a rain shower. Our bathrooms are supplied with quality personal care products which include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, bubble bath and a hair dryer.
